Connecting, managing, and synchronising data

Systems integration creates a unified data ecosystem

Integration services are IT solutions that connect disparate applications, systems, and data sources to work as a unified ecosystem.

  • Automate workflows. Reducing human error by eliminating tedious manual data entry, copying and other repetitive tasks.
  • Enable real-time synchronisation between systems. like CRMs, ERPs, and, websites, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced operational costs

Specific integration solutions

Custom business solutions for large and small

Integration solutions are specific to each client’s business as well as their suite of front-end and back-end software and applications. Webstruxure’s team has the collective experience to quickly spot patterns in any issues clients are experiencing.

Our clients use a wide range of systems requiring different integration solutions. Typically, we create custom integration solutions for small to medium-sized businesses, and deal with small to medium integration problems within larger organisations.

Webstruxure has developed large integrations including the Rightcar vehicle database which we maintain for the New Zealand Transport Agency.

As cloud-based services have grown in importance, we’ve gained experience helping businesses using cloud-based tools to join them up with their internal systems, websites and applications.

In short, whatever you want integrated, we’re happy to take a look at it and advise you what needs to be done. There’s a good chance we’ll have the expertise and capacity to take on your integration work ourselves, but if not we can usually steer you in the right direction for a solution.

Webstruxure’s system integration skills

The sort of things that we do

Some recent examples of integration services Webstruxure has provided.

Ecommerce website design and development

We’ve integrated online shops with both accounting systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Exonet integration

We developed WooCommerce for MYOB Exonet. This enabled businesses to integrate WordPress websites with their accounting software and was a major step forward for many small and medium businesses.

Email marketing software

We’ve all encountered “Sign up to our newsletter!” prompts. Webstruxure has experience integrating newsletter sign-up forms with email marketing software. This is a small but necessary task for any organisation or business looking to do effective email marketing.

Integrating cloud-based tools

Webstruxure has joined up a range of cloud-based tools – including MailChimp and PipeDrive – with a custom content application.

Enabling single sign-on (SSO)

We make life easier for our clients and their users by enabling single sign-on to websites using social media accounts such as LinkedIn and Facebook. This means users to sign on without a password, and clients who get us to implement such systems gain valuable data about who signs in to their site.

Better reporting

A number of clients have sought Webstruxure’s assistance to improve the reports they get out of their business systems. It’s been our experience that while the core functionalities of process, case and customer management systems work well, reporting is often less than stellar. The “intelligence” of the system has gone into gathering and handling data but not into producing reports that are useful for business purposes.

We’ve helped these clients integrate reporting tools with their process, case or customer management systems to provide the information they need without compromising privacy and information security requirements.

Generating data as a resource for developing web applications

The best customer relationship management (CRM) system in the world is little use if it’s difficult to get information in – or out – of it). We have a great deal of experience designing usable online forms integrated with back-end and cloud-based systems.

This work can include capturing information via a website or application and pushing it into a customer management system. We’ve created custom forms and widgets that share data with cloud-based systems.

That’s just skimming the surface of the integration work we’ve done. Our team thrives on problem solving. Get in touch to discuss how we can make your systems work together.

Why integration services matter

Integration between front-end interfaces (e.g. websites, applications, administration platforms and intranets) and your back-end systems (databases; customer, process and accounting management systems) helps to reduce the time and resource costs associated with the update, management and use of unrelated systems.

Integration services can also help you realise the value in data held by your organisation.

Sometimes there’s a temptation to start with a clean slate. A new one-stop solution can be the right approach, but it can also be costly.

PCL Contracting

PCL Contracting engaged Webstruxure to develop an online timesheet system to replace their paper timesheets. As the business grew this timesheet project evolved into an end-to-end business logistics solution. Client spreadsheets are uploaded to generate quotes which can be updated as required. As work proceeds foremen can access detailed job information including costs and resources, allowing PCL and their clients to track progress. Webstruxure works with the client to develop and maintain new features for this solution as scale and requirements evolve.

Tall Poppy

Nationwide real estate agency Tall Poppy provides customers with a more transparent service for residential sales. Webstruxure helped the agency collate sales information by integrating their reporting systems. We built a relational database hosted on the Microsoft SQL Server platform and used APIs to output the operational data in a useful form via a reporting app, dashboard and emails.

NZTA

NZTA Rightcar needed to collect vehicle data and publish it as safety ratings to encourage better choices for people buying a vehicle. Webstruxure developed tools and a website that assigns laboratory and real-world safety data to over 95% of new, used and imported vehicles in New Zealand. This allows ratings to be used as a general comparison tool for vehicles on Rightcar as well as sites like TradeMe.

Levo

Levo is a human-centered client management and insights platform designed to assess, track and measure the wellbeing journeys of taiohi over time. Webstruxure collaborated with Kapiti Youth Services to develop this tool. We rescued and migrated data from an existing system and built a web-based application that provides reporting dashboards for KYS staff, government and health professionals. Levo won the Conporto Health Innovation in Service Delivery award at the 2025 New Zealand Primary Healthcare Awards. Webstruxure provides ongoing support and development for the platform which KYS will license to other organisations.
